One day after Corus Entertainment notified Humble and Fred by mail that the trade mark Humble and Fred belonged to them (Corus), the fellas reached an agreement with Dave Farough, Corus Vice President of Brands and Programming.
Thus was born Humble and Fred's Trademark Registration Christmas Fund for the Holidays, and oh yea, Corus.

Corus Entertainment has agreed that all monies will go to charity... and not their bottom line.
